My Own Performance Review
I don’t usually write formal year-end reviews anymore since I have so many people on the team now, but I was thinking about where I fell short this year and realized I needed to write one for myself.
2025 was a good year for SET. We hit our revenue goals, actually beat them. We launched products I’m proud of. We navigated challenges that could have broken us. But a good year for the business doesn’t mean I showed up as the leader I want to be every single day.
If I’m going to hold my team accountable to growth, I need to be honest about where I fell short. So here it is. The performance review I’ve been avoiding.
