Expect the Unexpected
If someone asked me what I actually do all day as a founder, I think my answer would probably surprise them.
June has been one of those months where every week felt like it came with a completely new plot twist.
It started with inventory arriving at the warehouse. Everything was normal. The shipment arrived, the team unpacked it, started processing it, and moved it through the usual receiving workflow. Then we found out it had to be packed back up because customs recalled it due to an invoicing error from the factory. I remember reading the message and just staring at my phone for a second. Not because there was anything to do except solve it, but because sometimes the absurdity of running a business catches you off guard.
